Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Our firm has represented clients in all courts including District, Circuit, and High Court, Commercial Court Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, and many other adversarial forums (Arbitrations, CPO, WRC and Planning Enquiries.) Peter Redmond is a qualified Arbitrator admitted as a fellow of the international chartered institute of Arbitrators in 1996 and has conducted many arbitrations both as an advocate for clients and or conducting the Arbitration as sole Arbitrator.

Insolvency and Restructuring

We are experts in all aspects of company law, with particular experience in Company formations and shareholders agreement, funding for new Companies, and all aspects of insolvency and re-organisations and we have advised company directors in a large number of cases including pre and post liquidation, creditors meetings and section 150 applications.

Intellectual Property

We have extensive experience negotiating IP contracts, contract research and Non-Disclosure Agreements and other similar documents (CRA’s, MTA’s, Joint IP agreements) between Irish based and international organisations based in China, Canada and the US.

Local Authority & State Agencies

We are experts in rates, planning law, CPO’s and other local Authority issues having acted for two different local authorities for many years.
